Last updated: March 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking or using our services. By submitting an enquiry, making a payment or confirming a booking with Junerain Travels, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Junerain Travels ("we", "us", "our") is a online travel and visa consultancy operating as a principal. This means we arrange and sell travel services — including bespoke holidays, visa services, travel insurance, airport transfers and related products — directly to you in our own name and on our own account.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you have received written confirmation from us (by email or WhatsApp) and the required deposit or full payment has been received and cleared.

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. A contract between you and Junerain Travels comes into existence only upon written confirmation of your booking.

It is your responsibility to check all booking details upon receipt of your confirmation and to notify us immediately of any errors.

3. Pricing

All prices are custom-quoted per booking and are subject to change until confirmed and full payment received. Prices include only the services specified in your written confirmation and do not include travel insurance, gratuities, personal expenses, meals not specified, or visa fees unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to pass on unavoidable increases in costs — including taxes or exchange rate fluctuations — prior to departure, with reasonable notice.

4. Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due no later than 8 weeks before departure
  • For bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation and cancellation charges being applied

5. Cancellations by You

All cancellations must be notified in writing (email or WhatsApp). The following charges apply as a percentage of total booking value:

  • More than 60 days before departure — loss of deposit
  • 29–60 days before departure — 50% of total booking value
  • 15–28 days before departure — 75% of total booking value
  • 14 days or fewer before departure — 100% of total booking value

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation costs. Some suppliers may apply stricter cancellation terms, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Changes by You

If you wish to amend a confirmed booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Changes are subject to availability and may incur supplier amendment fees plus an administration charge of £50 per change.

7. Cancellations or Changes by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking in exceptional circumstances. In such cases we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either an alternative arrangement of equivalent quality or a full refund of all monies paid to us.

We will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including pre-booked flights or accommodation not arranged by us.

8. Visa Services

Where we assist with visa applications, please note:

  • Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all information and documents you provide are accurate, complete and genuine
  • Visa fees paid to government authorities are non-refundable regardless of outcome
  • Processing times are estimates only — we accept no liability for delays caused by the relevant authority
  • It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport with sufficient validity for your destination

Note for India clients: visa assistance for Indian passport holders travelling internationally is subject to the policies of the destination country's embassy or consulate in India. Processing times and requirements vary and are outside our control.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all clients. Where we arrange insurance on your behalf, the policy is subject to the insurer's own terms and conditions. We are not the insurer and cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the insurer regarding claims. It is your responsibility to ensure the cover is appropriate for your needs.

10. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure all members of your party hold valid passports, visas and required travel documentation
  • Arrive at departure points on time
  • Comply with the laws, customs and regulations of countries you visit
  • Take responsibility for any damage caused by you or your party to accommodation or transport
  • Ensure all information provided to us is accurate and complete

11. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, pandemics, government action or extreme weather. In such circumstances we will use reasonable endeavours to offer alternative arrangements or, where not possible, a refund of monies paid to us.

12. Our Liability

  • We accept liability for loss or damage caused by our own negligence or that of our employees
  • We do not accept liability for losses caused by third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control, provided we took reasonable care in selecting those suppliers
  • We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss including loss of enjoyment or earnings
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Complaints

If you experience a problem during your trip, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Written complaints should be submitted to info@juneraintravels.com within 28 days of your return. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to respond fully within 28 days.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos and design is the property of Junerain Travels and may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.

15. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For clients based in India: where you have booked services delivered entirely within India (such as domestic transfers or India holidays), and a dispute arises solely in connection with those services, you may also seek resolution through the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India).

For clients based in the UAE: these terms are governed by English law and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising from your booking.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to your booking.
